If your pillowcase is the wrong size or color or not a good fit for your lifestyle, don't lose sleep over it. Simply mail it back in an envelop and we'll exchange it or issue a full refund to your original form of payment. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, we'll send you a brand new color or size as requested deducting the difference if there is a balance from exchanging for a new pillow case size. We offer refunds/exchanges up to 1 year from your original purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
