Before there was a Pinkberry, there was TCBY. It was our favorite as kids. We would walk 3 miles in Roseville, California as teens in the summer heat to splurge on our favorite soft-serve treat. Vanilla frozen yogurt with gummy bear toppings. Of course, now there are even more flavors, toppings and health benefits of eating TCBY and we couldn't believe our eyes when we spotted the iconic TCBY sign and location in Dallas, Texas.
We were so excited to discover it again in Dallas, Texas. And it's a stand alone shop (not in the food court of a mall) with a very throwback feel that takes you back to when the brand was established in the 80's. The best part is there is a drive-thru which is perfect when you're debating whether getting out of your car in the 105 degree heat is worth any frozen treat. TCBY has SO many flavors now that taste delicious. We had the waffle cone (small) with Greek Honey Vanilla soft serve (SO GOOD) and Watermelon Sorbet (SUPER REFRESHING). It was delicious.
