1. Add a New Duvet Cover - A new bedding set (we love the quality at Ikea) can make your room feel instantly refreshed and here's a hint to save you time every day. Follow the European method of using a fitted sheet and duvet cover. By not using a top sheet you will save time every day.

2. Stop with the Smartphone.
