Getting Ready Collection

Wake up and glow. There is an hour before every good evening that nobody photographs: hair half-done, makeup in progress, the real outfit still hanging up. This collection is for that hour.

It exists because of one small problem. You cannot do your face in the dress you are about to wear, and a bathrobe is not something you want to be seen in when the doorbell goes. So we made the in-between layer.

What is in it

• The Savvy LBD. The little black dress you wear before you get dressed. Loose enough to pull off over finished hair, presentable enough to answer the door in, and forgiving about foundation. Sizes Small to Large, $68.
• Savvy Scrunchies. Pure satin, so the messy bun you throw your hair into while doing makeup does not leave a dent in it. In White Russian, Vintage Rosé, Pinot Greige and Glacier. $12 each.
• The Summer Scoop Trio. Three limited-edition scrunchies, $28.
• The Bride Scrunchie. White satin with embroidery, made for the getting-ready photographs that do get taken. $10.
