Children's hair tangles overnight more than adult hair does, partly because they move more and partly because it is finer. A satin pillowcase is the least fussy fix there is. No routine to teach, no product to apply, nothing for them to remember. They just sleep on it.

The Mini is our 14" x 20" size, cut for a child's pillow rather than an adult one, in the same signature 100% pure satin blend as the rest of the line. Machine washable, which matters more here than anywhere else in the store.

What to choose

• Mini Pillowcase with the Luxe Pillow. The pillowcase and a properly sized pillow together, in Serenity, Vintage Rosé or White Russian. For a first big-kid bed, or a travel set that actually fits the child.
• Savvy Scrunchies. Gentler than an elastic on fine hair, and easier at bedtime for anyone brushing out a tangle.

A note for parents

Plenty of adults buy the Mini for themselves, for a travel pillow or a smaller bed. It is not only for children, it is only sized for them.
