We could spend hours on Pinterest looking at food, am I right? For me, that leads to trying new recipes almost weekly! I've been wanting to incorporate Brussels Sprouts into my dinners somehow, and found the perfect recipe. Plus, I added a little twist, but it's super easy. Try it tonight!
First, an important rule for skewers -- Start soaking wooden skewer sticks in water for a couple hours before you start cooking. This prevents them from burning in the oven. If you want to start cooking now (or are like me that didn't have that knowledge beforehand), simply wrap the skewer stick ends in foil.

Time Saving Tip- I found that you can trim & clean the Brussels Sprouts while you lightly brown the Bacon, so it speeds up the process.
Follow the recipe, but for my secret ingredient....make sure you drizzle some Balsamic Glaze on the finished display! The sweetness from the glaze, with light bitterness from Brussels Sprouts goes perfectly with crispy, savory bacon... It is like a party in your mouth!
