What the colour actually looks like
Not a stark, cold white. White Russian is a rich creamy white with a hint of ivory in it, the kind that sits comfortably next to linen, cream bedding and natural wood, and photographs warm rather than clinical. If you have ever put a bright optical white next to your existing sheets and found it looked wrong, this is the white that does not do that.
For a genuinely cool, icy white, look at Glacier instead. For everything else, this is the one.

Living with it
White shows makeup and night cream sooner than a darker shade, which is the argument for owning two and rotating them rather than choosing a colour you like less. Machine wash cold on gentle, tumble dry low or hang.
