Pink tennis courts, sparkly matcha, a ball pit on the lawn, and the most inclusive event our founder has ever attended.
Some invitations you say yes to before you finish reading them. An ADHD Creator Summit at Paris Hilton's house was one of them. On October 15th, right in the middle of ADHD Awareness Month, our founder Dale Janée packed a bag, cued up Paris: The Memoir for the flight down (excellent homework, highly recommend), and headed to Slivington Manor, the name Paris has given her home, for Unstoppable.
"I'll admit I was nervous. LA, influencers, and a backyard full of people I didn't know felt intimidating. But it was the most inclusive event I've ever attended. And one of the most fun."
Dale Janée, Founder, Savvy Sleepers
It was everything you'd hope for and then some: pink luxury cars at the entrance, a balloon arch at the front door, pink tennis courts, and a golf course with (yes, really) pink flags. This is Part 1. Part 2 is coming soon with even more photos, the books everyone was talking about, and more from the day. For now, grab a cup of something cozy.
It started on the pink tennis courts
The day opened on those pink courts, with the pink-flagged golf green peeking over the fence, and it set a lovely, unhurried tone. Instead of a loud welcome, there was a wall of JBL headphones, each one playing a different calming soundscape. You could slip on a pair, close your eyes, and just breathe for a minute. For a room full of busy, brilliant brains, it was the kindest possible hello.
Next door, a matcha bar dressed in mini disco balls was serving sparkly matcha. It really did sparkle, and we really did go back for seconds. While everyone sipped, guests took turns introducing the day's topics, so it felt less like a conference and more like a conversation everyone had been personally invited into.
Then Paris walked out
Soon after, Paris sauntered out in a gorgeous matching blouse and maxi skirt by alice + olivia. (alice + olivia's founder, a lifelong friend of Paris, was there too.) Then she gave a speech that had the whole court quiet.
She talked openly about struggling in school, about not being able to focus, and about so many of the moments that shaped who she is today. Hearing it in her own home, surrounded by people who understood exactly what she meant, landed differently than any interview ever could.
Welcome to Slivington Manor
And then there was the house. Picture the grandest slumber party you have ever imagined, then add more pink. Inside, the staircase spilled over with oversized roses and blossoms, and a white giraffe lamp kept watch over the foyer. Out on the lawn: a ball pit piled high with pillows and plush animals, a ping pong table, the Neurospicy Bar pouring pretty pink cocktails, and a giant wall where guests painted their own messages. Add a petting zoo, a super slide, and activations like Paris & Pups, and there was always something delightful to wander toward between conversations.
An LA event with influencers? Hear us out.
We know. "LA" plus "influencers" might earn a little eye roll, and honestly, we braced for it too. Instead, these were some of the most down-to-earth, genuinely kind people we have ever met. Guests flew in from Italy, Germany and Poland to be there.
Wild outfits, pink hair, sneakers, heels: everyone showed up exactly as themselves, and everyone was there for the same reason. That one hit home. For one sunny afternoon, nobody had to explain a thing.
"Whether people had wild outfits or pink hair, everyone was there for the same reason. Most of us have a family member, a friend, or ourselves who has felt this way."
Dale Janée, Founder, Savvy Sleepers
A few things we're tucking under our pillow
- Neurodivergent people are twice as likely to identify as creators. If you're building a team, a brand, or a business, this is a community worth truly understanding.
- Different is not a deficit. Anton Rabie, co-founder of Spin Master (yes, the company behind PAW Patrol), made that case beautifully on the panel with Paris. His book Different arrives in February 2027, and it is already on our nightstand wish list.
- Sensitivity can be a strength. Dr. Sasha Hamdani's Too Sensitive finally gave us words for rejection sensitivity, and a gentle way to turn it into something that works for you.
Unstoppable by day. Savvy by night.
We were so honored to be part of the gifting suite. Every guest could take home our Luxe Satin Pillowcase and a Superpower Edition Savvy Scrunchie, because even superpowers need their beauty sleep. Smooth satin for hair and skin, a bonus secret pocket, and machine washable, so there is one less thing to remember.
Thank you
"Paris was unbelievably kind and warm," Dale says, and we couldn't agree more. A huge thank you to Rebecca Grone and the entire 11:11 Media team for bringing such a magical day to life.
Now we want to hear from you. Has someone in your life, or you, ever been told they're "too much"? What changed for you? Pull up a pillow and tell us in the comments.
Thank you, Paris, for opening your home and your heart.Welcome to the Slumber Party
