An Immune Boost during Coronavirus Times

It seems like everyone is doing a wellness check right now with the world in panic mode. We’re not going to remind you to wash your hands, but there are two things you can do to boost your immune system tonight:

  1. Wash your face! Your face is exposed to germs just by walking around office or taking public transportation. Cleanse your pores with mild soap and warm water, then sleep on a satin pillowcase to keep your valuable moisturizers and serums on your face.
